If Essendon do take Mott I can see him being a backup for whenever Laycock or Hille get injured and this giving Ryder time in the 2nd's for his development!

dont know if its the worst trade rumour ever as it was printed in todays age that Mott would replace tristan cartledge, Mott apparently had some talent but the fact he couldnt play any more then two games at carlton in there bleak years suggests grave doubts but hey he would be better then cartledge and henneman.
i remember being at the game at the olympic stadium sydney... where he missed an absolute sitter in front of goal which gave us the game... remember him having a decent season for the swans...
pick him up? eff off...
