Figured this belonged here but everytime I watch this kid play the fear in his eyes stands out like dogs balls. He looks like a scared little boy in a mans game.

Ive never seen a youngster look so out of his depth. Someone needs to instill some courage and get rid of the fear in this lad quick smart.

Leave him alone. Happens to many, but JR has come back from these small glitches and put his head over the ball.

I am very confident he will get over this phase and become a very good player for the Blues. Has shown he has skill, pace, poise, and will make it. Of that I have NO doubt.

Yeah he did. I think it was near the end of the 3rd quarter, Geelong were coming back and would have only been 8 points down had he marked and goaled.

Culture, you dont need to win games of football or even touch the ball down there to be a hero. Merely existing is good enough to get the Carlton fans excited.

One bloke said he thinks he is good and the other said he should play VFL this week. "Culture"... nice one :thumbsd:

Definitely needs to get his confidence back. Leave him in the 'Ants for the rest of the year.

Pretty gutless of you Embers to have a snipe of a kid only 19 who is playing in his second year of football.
Hasn't proven himself yet so how can you judge him ?
