You would think that we will have three main vote getters this year in Lade, ShaunB and Pearce plus cameos from Kane Cornes.
Would any of the first three score enough votes to be in with a chance?

I actually was having a look at the odds today. Shaun Burgoyne was the shortest of the Port players at $41, then the next ones were over $100 (don't hold me to that, though).

I doubt it very much.

Lade's best games have often come in the face of heavy losses so he is unlikely to poll the maximum votes from these games.

The fact that we got belted badly in each of our first 8 losses (up until the Richmond loss) means that we won't score any votes from these games.

In contrast two of our wins have been narrow margins and so we might not score 6/6 votes for those games.
