You havnt gone out on a huge limb here.Reynolds was given a good run to nail down a spot but couldnt and has been dropped. Cartledge will be gone. Henno is already making plans for a career after footy if he gets delisted and the shakeups/changes in the footy department have been out there for a few weeks now. The first one was Matty Knights given a bigger role in the development of the kids as well as running some sort of off season footy camp for the under 21 players on the list.
Expect the recruiting department to grow and also look out for changes/increases in the fitness department;)
There wont be too many huge changes but expect a lot of subtle movings and hirings.

I'm not 100% certain about the Voss situation, I haven't really read into it.

I would have though that Brissy would be struggling to fit an extra experienced player under their cap, especially now they've publicly gone crying back to the AFL for more room, because they were too short sighted to manage their list in the hope of one more flag.
