Did anyone else see the footage of Johnno presenting Dylan Addison with his jumper on the ground during the warm up? It was shown on After The Game last night and the hairs are still standing up on the back of my neck!
Great stuff-Johnno will make a great motivational speaker one day.

I just saw that footage now on Fox Footy local, inspiring stuff - just wish I could have heard what he said. The game is replayed now on Fox Footy.

There were a lot of ****s. It went along the lines of;
This ****ing boy, THIS MAN, has waited ten ****ing weeks for this ****ing chance. Ten ****ing weeks! And not one ****ing whinge, he didnt ****ing complain once. That's because he ****ing understands what this club is all about-the ****ing direction its heading in. Theres the jumper Dylan-wear it with pride.
I have it saved to my hard drive-I'll burn you a copy and bring it on thursday night.

Nearly as inspiring as Smith's comment to Mattner after he kicked the left foot goal. Went something like, "Stick that up your ******* ****, ****!

For some reason, this reminded me of the footage of Jimmy Edmond telling Gubby Allan all about it back in the eighties, after Gubby played his part at the Geelong Rd end... I'm sure you know the one.
