This is a bit of a soft new thread, but I wasn't sure where else to post this.
I heard Chappy on 5AA last night and let's just say that he is by far (IMO) Port's best interviewee.
Mature, balanced and intelligent in his answers - he is as impressive off the field as he is on.
It was a pleasure hearing one of our players speak so well to the media.
Future leader of our club without doubt.

A future leader?
He's almost a current leader in the backlines, the way he has become such a rock back there.

Future captain!!
He is certainly going to amongst the leadership panel in the very near future. Have heard him speak on the radio and TV on a few occasions, and always is a credit to himself, club, family and buddy.
On a related note, Super Shaun could also be propelled into said leadership group in the near future. He was certainly the on-field leader on Friday night, geeing up the boys quite a lot during the comeback.

Noticed that. So how is Chappy going to fit in between Shaun's captaincy and Pearcey's?
Are you foreshadowing... Cornflakes?

 Absolutely not. Five-to-seven-year terms each. So Chappy will just have to be the VC who absorbs the public relations pressure every week.

Agree 100%. Absolute professional.
I can actually listen to him being interviewed unlike many of our other players without having to worry about rubbish coming out, or in the case of a couple, looking to string consecutive words together.

Big future at the Club I agree, a shame he wasn't at the Club a couple of years earlier because then he'd be a real chance to be the successor tp Warren when the time comes
