View Full Version : Question for Hawkk
You often seem to be able to produce obscure info that most of us cannot or don't know where to find.
What is the membership breakdown of the HFC.
Vic - ?
Interstate - ?
overseas - ?
Also revenue from those membership bases.
Thanks in advance if you can produce this info. :thumbsu:

You just need to know where to look :thumbsu:
If I come across an article or something when doing work, I usually save it and re use it when necessary.

Not sure what it is these days, but back in 2002 we had a break down of
28,000 Victorian members
5,000 Interstate members
Not sure why I can remember it, but for some reason I can.
I would think that our Interstate membership would have grown slightly and our Victorian membership has declined rapidly - probably most being disgruntled from the 6 games at the G and how crap we are.
Also revenue from those membership bases.
I would suggest that per capita the interstate memberships would make easily more revenue for the club then the Victorian memberships. If I am correct a Tasmanian membership is 90-100 dollars for 3 games?
Sorry I couldn't be of more help

I met a lady with the 80+ years on her scarf last year.
Says that when she was six, the Hawks became part of the VFL and her parents signed her up.
Lovely old lady she was. Apparently Sammy Mitchell is very nice to her. He seems that sort of guy.

I want to know where my Hawk Talk is
It's like this years membership brochure which I only got in mid January, no big deal because I don't require reserved seating...but it's still very late.
I reckon my postie nicks half my mail.
What's with the high male to female ratio, this is concerning...remember the male population is slowly declining

She must have been excited about us joining the VFL and purchased a membership in 1924
Good on her, IMO any member that has been a member over 50 years consecutively deserves life membership.
