Season is over for Bentick and Paul Bower has been named on the extended bench for Sunday's clash against Collingwood.
Hope like hell Bower gets a game!!!

****.
Bad news about Bentick-he has been pretty good this year. Form tapered off badly the last few weeks-possibly due to the injury? Look forward to seeing him bigger and better in 2007-I think he has a future at the CFC. Isn't the most talented or quickest, but certainly isn't afraid to put his body on the line and get his own footy. Works very hard. Every team needs a player like him.
Great news that Bower is on the extended bench. Hope he gets a game, and that JR comes back in. But NOT at the expense of Jesse Smith. Really pleasing to see the kids get the run that they deserve, hope they deliver.
GO BLUES!

Hmm rapt if Bower gets an game.
..Hope like hell Bower gets a game!!!
Absolutely. Pity injury prevented him from making a debut a bit earlier. He was recruited as a CHB, but from what I’ve seen he has the ability to play anywhere. Good height, very quick and highly skilled. Likes to back himself and run off opponents, which gets him into trouble at times. Having Setanta and Bower in the backline, will at least make things interesting – probably 2 of the least defensive defenders we’ve seen for quite a while. :)

Haven't seen him play, except for one game on ABC. Is he a similar player to Micheal Johnson?
Pity that Bentick is going to miss the final 2 rounds this year, would of loved to have seen him play every game this year. Hopefully he'll be right to go when the preseason starts.
Great to see Bower named, really hope he gets a game.
