Some great guesses there guys, but no correct answers yet.
Madonna's probably the closest, but this lady had passed away, long before we'd ever heard of Madonna.
Princess Di's death caused a lot of people to reflect on this lady's death as well.
Come to think of it, even Warwick Capper shows some resemblance to the lady.
