Listening to Barry Mitchells quarter time speech, it wouldn't suprise me if he was an AFL senior coach within the next 2 years. Really knows what he is talking about.

The bad thing about that is that we'll end up losing him if an AFL team in the next year or two is after a senior coach.

Amazing how great our boys look in the Ants, kicks, passes... in the seniors that's another story.

How did Jackson, Russell, Hartlett, Raso and the rest of our young players go?

Did Deluca play? I didnt see him in the brief time i switched it on?

No, Deluca didn't play. Looks like he may be a late inclusion for tomorrow's game vs Collingwood, apparently someone is a bit under the weather and may be a late withdrawal.

As for the kids, I will leave that to someone who saw them play. But from what I have heard,Jackson was pretty good today, Raso looks promising, JR was a bit disappointing and may have a slight injury, and Hartlett was played both back and forward and looked far more comfortable up forward. Can someone who saw the game fully please elaborate? I saw patches of the game, but I didn't see it all.

Channel 2 televised the game, gave Ross Young the BOG (Not a Carlton listed player) Of the Carlton listed players, I would only put McLaren, and Chambers in the top six best players. Hartlett, Russell, Raso, Edwards, Aisake, and Jackson all played serviceable games, but did not stand out , IMO.
To trell the truth, I would have put Harford just about BOG, Chambers not far behind, and IMO some of the Carlton listed players are just not playing that well.

I don't think any of the Bullants guys played that well. They looked like they just wanted to get the game over with and get on with the finals.
