I believe if it was Vanders or Guerra reported by Goldstain, they wouldn't be aveilable until week three 2007?
Any thoughts.

I definately think they would have been suspended, Pickett as well.
I have no doubt.
and lets take it further - what if it was Buckly that got hit and subsequently had to leave the field?

If anyone can recall, I've been on about this for some time. It's not what a player does that matters. It all depends on who the players is, who they transgressed against, and more importantly, which club they play for. There are certain clubs who are continually receiving preferential treatment from the AFL, the umpiring fraternity, and the tribunal. It always makes me laugh when I hear the AFL claim they want a more even competition. Yeah right, pull the other one Adolph, it plays jingle bells.

I don't think its just cause its Collingwood, but I do think its because its a player who hasn't got a rough reputation.
That was one of the more clear cut suspensions this year IMO, Guerra's wasn't as bad as that hit and he got 3? Or was it 2?
I'm working on a Collingwood/AFL conspiracy.

Didak's in my Dream Team and I'm out of trades, so a large part of me happy to see him get off...;)
It does stink though - Guerra would have been out for 5,000 games for that one. Gross hypocrisy and evidence that the tribunal are heavy handed with us and soft with other clubs.

Something needs to be done about the tribunal system and fast. Sammy's nuts are still aching (I would imagine).

The guerra on lewis roberts thompson was fair enough, the dal santo clash i thought was maybe a bit stiff but he was front on. How the hell then does RICHIE get 4 weeks for provoking russell robertson in a an incident that caused no harm and robertson encouraged to continue. That got by under the proviso that it was all about head high contact not the impact.
How on earth does McPhee get 1 week for polaxing harveys head(granted it was reduced from 3) and bloody DIDAK gets off. If I was head of the tribunal i would've probably let didak off but based on the match review panel this year surely didak had to get some serious weeks.
