Tonight the WCE Lost another tight final against the Swans a lot due to the lack of an decent KPP foward (and in spite of home town umpiring)
Also Big Carlos had another great hitout for the Ants against Frankston in the VFL and it appears that he is set for an big future at AFL level next year.
Hmm like him or loathe him, Paz is right on the money this weekend so far !!!
A guy running around in the VFL, compared to a team that still have a home final next week and could still win the flag in the AFL. Please!
But, SOH did play well today. He will be ok.

No people accused Parrot of being an troll for his continuing threads on the Eagles failure to win an final without an decent Key Tall foward and tonight again the Swans managed to expose that myth and somehow beat them at their own game.
Also Setanta is improving week by week, and admittedly Parrot was a little OTT earlier in his praise, it is now becoming clear that Setanta has an big future at AFL Level.
Exciting times ahead :thumbsu:

the fact that we came from 15th to finish 5th would make most pie fans happy,plus the fact that for me personally the socceroos had a good world cup ,plus the melb storm finished on top and victory are going ok so if we dont win the flag do u think ive had a bad year
at least collingwoods spoons were 23 years apart unlike the girls from royal parade

At least he's passionate and tries to put a positive spin on everything Carlton. That would be fine if that was ALL he/she did. However "Parrot" also seems to have an unhealthy obsession with the Eagles forward line and their "weakness". Supporting your own team is fine but there is no need to invent spurious threads bagging opponents to do it !

Yep, carlton have positivley got a crap side but on the positive side we've got a few new wooden spoons and will probably add to the collection next year.

Your friendly Parrot got that one wrong, Lynches 50 goals in a season makes him a decent key forward, more so considering he is only 23
