View Full Version : Perth Airport to Subiaco

I have just made and last minute decision and bought a ticket to the Doggies v Eagles game.

I am now trying to get a flight. Jetstar have a flight that gets in to Perth at 4.35pm. Will it be possible to get to Subiaco by 5.30pm

I will have no luggage, so can be in a cab by say 4.45pm

It will take you 25mins max,even in the footy traffic,best to get out of the cab when you see the crowd walking as it will be quicker.Have a great day and i will hopefully be doing the same next week in sydney.Hope u have a win

yes in that timeframe i don;t think airport shuttle & train would get you there in time

taxi 45 minutes should get you ther & yes get out & walk once you hit the crowds

have you been to perth before ? if not make sure you check out where the train stations are for a cheaper alternative after the game

might be a good idea to get the taxi to go to subi via riverside drive, that way you'll avoid the northbridge tunnel/loftus st traffic.

then head up kings park road and on to bagot road, turn right at townshend & head towards the oval.

might be an idea to Hay Street at all costs (although it's a weekend game it might not be such a drama).

Bearing in mind that you will be getting there at the last minute, you shouldn;t have any footy traffic issues - but it is Friday peak hour so traffic will be busy everywhere, and taxis will be a bit short in supply.

At worst you will miss 10-15 mins of playing time...

I really think the train option as discussed by others is a poor one... But could work. If you do use it remember that you don;lt need to buy a ticket, as PT costs are included in the ticket price in WA.

No it isnt, its saturday night so it should be a lot better
