Playing in a $220 tourney at Burswood tonight....Will be nice to play in a tourney that is well organised and with dealers.

Only other tourney at Cas, was a few months back and came 50th out 80.... My play has improved a bit since then... so i will see how i go

Don't know how many are registered yet.....will let you know how i go....:thumbsu:

The tourneys at Burswood are quote poorly organised. Don't start on time, and the blinds increase so fast that it's even more crapshooty than usual. I busted mid-field on two tourneys in the last lot so my view is obviously a little tainted.

30 min blinds were great!!!!

Did start a little late, but out of 60 players, i came 7th :thumbsu:

Final 10 paid out and won $600 for my troubles.....

Blinds were 1500/3000, i had about 11K in chips went all in OTB with KJ off, one caller with pocket 10's, flop comes K-J-6 :thumbsu: turn 10 :thumbsd: and i didn't hit another K or J to fill my book.

Had pocket K's and a's twice, pocket 9's, pocket 3's, AK once, so i hit some decent cards which was nice, but will definetly play more....

30 min blinds!

Now thats my kind of poker and with a professional dealer. I might think long and hard about entering one of those tourneys. 220 bucks though is pretty steep but I think i could go quite well.

there are some you can play for $125, but they are satellites into a $550 tourney where 1st place is about 12K

you have to finish in top 10% for a seat into the final

well worth a shot too

so much better with a proper dealer and big tables....

Try playing a tourney in the WA Poker League. You think that Burswood is disorganised (which I disagree with) try giving the WA Poker League a shot and compare the two.
