just wondering if you guys would know which of your players are out of contract this pre season.

All I know is that Goddard is out of contract and that its almost a certainty that he is going to Carlton. The deal is just about done. Remember that Carlton will get him for nothing in the PSD:)

Carlton are the Wooden Spooners.

For that dubious honour, they get first draft pick and first pick in the pre-season draft. Like Essendon, they also get a priority pick (the first picks after the first round).

The entire draft order is not yet set, the draft order is based on the final positions of teams.

Hmm, St Kildonan. I thought our draft pick is before Collingwood, so darft pick 9 as they finished higher than us on the ladder and we both lost. pushing both clubs below Melb & WBullies. I am under the impression our official ladder finish is 8th. Is that wrong? :o

I don't know for sure but I believe that Collingwood were beaten by the eighth placed team and they drop to eighth whereas we were beaten by the seventh placed team and we dropped to seventh.
