...feel like they are pulling on the boots tonight?

Bloody nervous and that probably won't stop until I pull on the jumper (being the first pint!) at the Vic at 4pm this afternoon. :D

If Freo lose tonight I wonder if this could be either Macca or Parkers last game?

It's all fine and good for you posh folk that can afford tickets :)

I have to wait until 7pm for coverage to start and the game itself probably wont start on the delayed telecast until 7.15pm.

Me too I.P.

Can't help thinking what the boys are up to today. Would they be chillin at home? Would they be out in the sun walking around a bit? With plenty of time to ponder, I have come out with some probable pre-game routines for some Freo favourites.

JCarr- A brisk morning stroll followed by watching Rocky 1 and 2, then a little last minute sledging practice down at the headquarters of the Perth Communist Society.

Bellie- A short beach run (with his dog from the Alinta ad), followed by an impromtu speech at the law society, and finally a meeting with the archbishop of Freo to discuss his upcoming saint-hood.

Peake- An early morning surf, followed by 7 games of Galaga at the local fish n chippy.

McPharlin- Morning spent laying down the final tracks to his second album entitled "I'm Still Standing (on your shoulders)"

Sandi- Early morning walk to Rotto and back, before replacing globes in the light towers at Subi.

Parker- Nothing special. Just another morning of silent contemplation at the monastery.

Cook- A quick trip to the showgrounds to test the durability of the sideshow bumper cars, followed by a brunch of broken glass and blood pudding (just to get the taste).

Polak- Still hasn't got home from Metro's yet. (Sorry Poles)

And finally...

CC- Early morning vigil at Bon Scott's grave, followed by a brisk walk to Culleys for breakfast, a quick review of "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, a "Welcome to Freo" brunch hosted by the Freo Mob, and finally back to Culleys for second breakfast.

Tonight's game is HUGE. Not just in the context of the season but for what this playing group can achieve over the next few years.

Win and we get the finals monkey off our backs and get a crack at Sydney at Telstra Stadium where they struggle.

Lose and we will be labelled chokers and there will be immense pressure for our next final series.

Just about to head off and have a few brews before the game with a few mates. I've been amped all day!!

I had a dream last night that we got up by 7 points with Schammer proving the difference by kicking 3.
