I think those first 4 would be certainties to get the chop.
I really hope that rama doesn't retire but i'd say that he would probably put his health first

I didn't hear sheeds on SEN but is it true that he was all praise for Mark Bolton and gave the hint that he will be there next year? Is it also true that he indicated that Soly and Mark Johnson are no certainties to be with us next year?

Um draft picks. I'd like to think we will use at least 5 and we need to make room on our list for them.

I would love to add Bolts to your list but i honestly think Sheeds is going to keep him. I hope everyone is right when they say its just to put up his trade value.

O'keefe McKinnon & Jolley are from the rookie list so they don't count! He means 6-8 from the senior list

I've seen all of the bombers home games this year - I go to the games with six other mates who are all bombers supporters. They all think Bolton is terrible and can not believe how stubborn Sheedy is by continuing to play him.
Having seen him play for two seasons now I think you guys should trade or cut him. He does not have the football brains required to play at the elite level. To be honest this has been one of his best seasons but it is certainly not good enough.

Jolley won the Bendigo Bombers best and fairest that might save him.
He is good player and deserves it

McKinnon will be maintained. Not sure how the rookie list system works but he will be in an Essendon jumper of some kind next year.
It was about 4 weeks ago that Dodoro was singing the praises of McKinnon and saying there is a lot of people excited about him at Essendon and that they think he has a big future.
See this thread (http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=263125)

The problem with delistings at Essendon is that they happen 12-36 months after they should have, we are not ruthless enough, we have too many passengers.

How long is Campo's contract?
How did you Essendon guys assess his first year at Windy Hill?

Unfortunately he suffered lots of injuries and couldn't really get going.
I would rate the actual games that he played as about what we expected from him, but next year, with a decent run with injuries, will tell the true story.

Now thats a least a wider view. Without bagging anyone and having spent time watching this years finals I would suggest that the following combinations cannot take Essendon forward. J Johnson/ Peverill. Solomon/M Johnson/Welsh. Laycock/Bradley/Bolton.

What makes you say that?
Ben Jolley has been more than handy this year as his B&F showed this year for Bendigo and hes a good in and under type which we need more of, as for Mckinnon as has been mentioned they have a very high opinion of him and they will give him a go at the highest level to see how he cuts it

How did you Essendon guys assess his first year at Windy Hill?
Decent when he played. My only concern with him is that he's lost a lot of pace, and if the young blokes come on as we'd hope then he might not be in our best 22 by the end of next season.

Where did you hear ? i'd be happy if true, though it doesn't rule him out of being traded if the club and solly agree to it, however unlikely.

I agree with you a little, but if we were that ruthless we may not have Jobe Watson or Jason Winderlich around the club anymore. It's a very fine line.
It could be that our performance appraisals need some rejigging. With the internal restructuring that happened last month, Id dare say the added focus in player performances, development, etc will sharpen our foresight into who's tapering off and who isnt developing. Roos spent a few days with Rocket...analysing his methods and footy dept at the beginning of the year (specifically how they manage on such a tight budget), so maybe Sheeds n co. could still learn a few things or two about getting the best out of what you have at your disposal by perhaps visiting rival clubs also. Just a theory I guess in the end.

Where did you hear that, or is it just another rumour?
