The guy is only 20 and is played his first game back from a serious knee injury!!!!!
Key position players generally take longer to mature.
So after 3 senior games, you have never been impressed with him?????
I do not know why I even bothered to post a reply!

Have spoken to him a couple of times at training, and yeah he is fairly laid back. And while he may be only 20 this is his third season.

if you count half the season he was out of action last year!
I am not saying he will be the answer to our big man dept, I am saying he still has time on his hands.
Wayne Carey took until 23 to establish himself as an integral player. Not that I am comparing the 2 in any way.
Kouta did not mature until he was 25!
See where I am coming from?????
It is dangerous to discard a young mobile tall player at the age of 20.

He hasn't shown anything in senior matches to say he'll be anything special, but Desipura is right has time on his side. But he will want to show something this season or he may be out the door and I am fairly confident he will show a bit

I don't think anyone has suggested that he should be de-listed
but he definitely has not lived up to his potential injuries or not.
I think that if he puts in a lot of work with the weights he has the ability to be a Nathan Thompson type for the Dogs.
When you are a laid back type it is natural for people to become impatient but he really does need this season for people to accurately gauge him.

He was a star at 20 or younger and the captain at 21.
The facts can get distorted when you are trying to make a point.

I've heard something not good before about his attitude can't remember exaclty what tho. Anyway he hardly got any time on the ground in those three games he's played. About him being slow/soft etc i didn't see the game but maybe he's just a bit cautious about the knee. Give him a break i reckon. :)

Wiggins looked totally out of his depth - as he did last week in the intraclub.

He needs to spend a fair bit of time with Werribee until he gets some touch back.

They must think plenty of him though, he's just signed for two more years.

admitted that he was elected captain on potential leadership qualities that he had rather than actual consistent performances. Nth Melb was going through a new era and they wanted to appoint a young leader.
The King himself has stated that he realised his true potential in an interstate game in Adelaide in 1993. This game saw the makings of the King, dominating a whole game for the first time.
And how old was he?????? 23YO!!!!!

You are right about one thing LastCall, the facts can be distorted when you are trying to make a point!

I have never seen him look like doing much either.

But i remain optimistic, as he played seniors in his first year, not such an easy thing for a tall under Plough. missed almost all of last year which basically means he never has (so far) had a chance to move on from that point.
