Thanks for the welcome everyone.
I just saw the replay of the Lockett "tackle" on Wakelin - maybe he should be called mugger instead of plugger. I think he might have to explain how he mistook Wakelins head for the ball to the tribunal.

Hope they give the fat prick a life sentence.
He could have done some serious damage to Wakelin.
And the Peter Caven incident is still fresh in my memory.
It seems a leopard can't change his spots after all.
I didnt see the Plugger incident but i did say Cook elbow an opposition player in the face on Friday night. From the replay, Cook is gone....at least for a week.
I saw the Nigel Smart, Des Headland wrestle. Pity the umpire didn't get the hit to the face of Hart that occured off play.Can't have missed it by much, he was there. Oh, maybe his seeing eye dog missed it. Blind idiot. Hart went down like a bucket of spuds. Crude at best, off play agro.Wrestling was nothing, not even on the ground stuff, a push and shove. Joke of a report.
i saw the Plugger incident on the news and it looks like a crude and stupid piece of play by Lockett
he should get suspended

According to the AFL site Lockett has been charged over the incident and will be fronting the tribunal. I reckon he will get 4-6 weeks because of his previous record, and the fact that the injury to Wakelin could be serious.
Now when coach Eade said he thought Lockett would probably be a week to week proposition and maybe play 14 or 15 games I thought he meant the big fella might not be fit enough. Plugger wont be kicking too many from the grandstand in coming weeks.

The knob knuckle just got off.
He should have got life for that disgraceful piece of play, he could have killed Wakelin.
stupid decision by the tribunal, but im not surprised they let him off...
his comeback is perfect for the AFL to get the Sydney fans in

I can still remember the Ch7 commentators cracking jokes as Bluey was stretchered off. Jerks.
