Is anyone else here a metallica nut? I have always been a fan of them since i start listening to music (around 1995), and even though they last heaps of fan after Black Album i still love their stuff (but that was mainly because the first i heard of metallica was Load so i first grew to love them from that album). I thought some of the best stuff the ever did was on Load and ReLoad - king nothing, the memory remains, unforgiven II etc,. I have every metallica album on my computer (ironic that they are totally opposed to downloading songs, but i did have most of their stuff on CD's anyway, so im not completely stealing :p)

What is your favourite metallica album?? mine is S&M - i reckon it's one of the best albums ever. Heaps daring to do something like that, but what a result. No Leaf Clover is awesome.

My favourite song by them is The Memory Remains. I reckon its awesome. Their best song, technically is One (of Justic For All). The guitaring in the last 3/4 minutes is so crazy.

I burned a Metallica Greatest Hits CD last week with this playlist -
1. Unforgiven II
2. No Leaf Clover
3. Seek and Destory
4. Last Caress
5. One
6. Fuel
7. Metal Militia
8. Leper Messiah
9. Enter Sandman
10. Ain't My Bitch
11. King Nothing
12. Hero of the Day
13. The Memory Remains

Thoughts on that list???

What are your opinions on them???

I love Metallica. I think S and M is there best album because its basically a best of.

Master of Puppets im not a big fan of, one of the few songs i think is overrated by them. Whom the Bell Tolls is good but i reckon there are way better songs from them.

Sorry dude, but Metallica suck.......now. I used to love them, and I still love their old stuff, but since Load, they have pretty much released total crap.

I heard they have recently done a song with Ja-Rule, either for a soundtrack or for their new album. This is one reason why they now suck.
