Lets talk about a game that is shaping up to be an almighty encounter between 2 Powerhouses of the Diamond Valley.Noticed on the thread that there is alot of talk and could be plenty more.Me personally the bergers are going to win. After all the **** about the valley here we have a contest that could rival any in the last twenty years.Who will play on who ,best players and the trew and fitzgerald encounter. Not to mention some paper work by Bundoora that has been leaked to Heidelberg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mick Gay trained last night with a special guard on an from what I here has been named on the bench.Apparently trained very well hence the call up.Also feel sorry for Grossman if he has to line up on Dale Nolan!!!!

Not a bad effort Mattyr but it will all be in vain.Never has a Dvalley team gone through undefeated and it wont happen tommorrow.Bundoora have played in ten GF and only one two also with both teams fairly even i cannot see Bunnies beating Bergers 4 times in the season.Having an extra game is a blessing in disguise for the bergers they have found ther form and have now played 6 hard games against worthy opponents in a row to keep them in good conditioning.Last year they played the sixx bottom teams coming into the finals and were a bit off with there intensity.

Biggest game of DV footy since last yrs GF. No team has gone through undefeated in a season Bruce? Interesting stat. My tip for the game is Heidelberg by 10 pts. They seem to be peaking at the right time and Bundoora will be a bit underdone i think only the 1 game in 28 days. I'm not a fan of playing the semi's over 2 weeks.
Blair Harvey for BOG. Hasn't fired in a GF before having played in 3. Class act and will make his doubters eat their words on sat when he has 35 touches. The Trew and Fitzgerald clash will be a non event. Fitzgerald is out of his depth in 1st division and it will show tomorrow on the big stage.

I Remember playing nth Heidelberg in1989 in the prelim and blair harvey destroyed us as a young wingman. I think you are spot on.Things fall into place evey now and then and although Bundoora are undefeated it will be another misfortune.regardless of what Heidelberg do next year this team plus a few added players here or there have been together for three years and no what is about. They are very hungry after last years dissapointment.

I remember that day when Stinga had it on a string. Another funny thing about that is that his opponent that day was a young Daniel Howse. Could history repeat itself?
