Just because we're not sayin' it, doesn't mean we're not thinkin' it. :D

Up by 22 at half time, having had an extra week off, huh? Ouch.

I dare say most people are busy trying to catch a live Crows supporter to heckle before they all have scurried off home.

I think they we're a little unlucky, a few injuries to a few players robbed them of their best team, the umpiring wasn't great and any other number of reasons could be used to try and save some face. But the best team won on the day, infact they should have bolted home against a worn out adelaide outfit.

Nothing unusual, the Port board very very rarely has threads about the Crows.
The Crows board on the other hand at times has had more threads about Port than the Crows.

Sorry but disagree with that theory as the AFC players had had the week off so they should've been a lot fresher than the weagles. I thought the umps did a reasonably good job today with the exception of that goal that west coast kicked in the last quarter but it was paid as a mark to an AFC player.

-BenThank you Ben but we haven't gone soft. It's happening on the main board, in texts, on radio and so on. And it will happen here soon enough.

Everyone expected the Crows to lose, after that pitiful performance in a Prelim in 1993 even most Crows fans know it's a miracle to go further than a Prelim. Just go to West Lakes and read all those faded '97 & 98 Back to Back Miracles do happen' stickers.

That never happened to us of course. Hasn't stopped a lot of Crows supporters mocking us for our finals failures. They are now starting to get quite a track record.

Really an accurate margin today would have been closer to six goals given how many more scoring shots the Eagles had. The Crows had a weeks rest, were well in control at half time and got flogged everywhere except on the scoreboard in the second half.

meh. THey have three players out. Riccuito, Hart, Hentschel. Didnt stop them having a big crack at us when we had Primus, Francou and James out 03.

Spot on and it should be noted that Hart is well past his best and Riccuito has just entered his declining years. We need to stomp on this myth before it takes off.

There's no need to rush into this. Revenge is a dish best eaten cold. I've just been over to the Crows board for the first time and had a quick look. There's gold over there for future reference. The thread attacking their cheersquad for being pathetic is worth a read for starters.

A post in a thread criticising Craig's training methods made me smile. It was one from the lover of wa nkel rotary engines, Crow-mo, who stated that maybe the Eagles "just wanted it more". This from a person who pleasured himself in the leadup to the finals by telling us all that Craig was in another league with his methods.

All this can be discussed at leisure over the summer I think. :)

I really do feel so sorry for the cows and especially their fans, they have just burnt their best chance for a GF and with their list not getting any younger they are just going to fall further behind the likes of WC, Freo & syd in the coming years. Unfortunately as much as the camry spin doctors want to try and pretend that their "window" is still open, it is in all reality (a place no-one at West Lakes actually lives) it is firmly shut.

Are they really the camry chokers or were they simply not good enough & massively over-hyped given their early season form? (i'd suggest the latter - any team with Torney, Perrie, Doughty & Stevens to name a few wont ever win anything of any great importance.)

Soft.

I've found it better value in trying to help the cows supporters through their time of pain, injuries, umpires, the weather, i've heard it all and i cant help but agree, they are just so so so unlucky:D :D :D :D

I don't think its possible for the top side to be being overhyped during the season.
