Peter German doesn't really want to play him but West Coast are putting pressure on Subiaco for him to play. I think German was hoping for the Eagles to loose so he didn't have to play him in the Grand Final today.

Does anyone know if he will be playing?

Surely Nicoski wont play for the eagles this year - FAR TOO RISKY!

He's playing, not sure he's been on the ground yet.

Sampi has kicked 2.3 so far in the first quarter for South Fremantle.

Sampi has been good so far. I don't think Nicoski got a touch in that first quarter.

Lol - I just saw a rival to Rojos shot from yesterday.

Sampi has 3, but Souths are getting beaten fairly easy. I've seen Nicoski do a few booming left kicks which is good.

After Sampi kicked 2 goals in the 1st Nicoski came on and have been playing on Sampi. Sampi just snapped a goal from a ball up. Nicoski has hardly been in the play but has hit targets when kicking. I doubt this will be enough for him to get a call up next week.

hmmm... looks like the prognosis is that nicoski wont be playing in the eagles GF - showed some good signs but he didnt set subi oval on fire - great to see him out there though - looks like his ankle is 100%, but i would guess that woosha wont take the punt on him - see you in 07 nico :thumbsu:

other observations:

wooden - its sad but i cant see him making his afl come back, great servant for the club but his time is up me thinks... love ya woody

sampi - showed his flashes of brilliance but man he looked out of shape - just doesnt have the physique that an a-grade player should have - he needs to get worked like a bitch over summer or we will have wasted a draft pick on him

gaspar - completely useless, he will be delisted without a skerrick of a shadow of a doubt - they kept kicking to him, he kept dropping 'em - pissweak would be an understatement - he would be extremely fortunate to find another chance at an afl club

priddis - nuff said, dead set gun...

Nico did an awesome job on Sampi after he was killing us early but I don't like his chance next week.
I know he's got no chance of playin but Woody did 2 inspirational chases today, just thought I'd mention 'em

I remember another guy who used to drop marks all the time.
Maybe Gaspar needs a glove?

Pretty ironic that Nico and Sampi played on each other: Look what they were doing together this week last year! (http://www.paul-miles.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=924)

haha :thumbsu:

sorry to say, but lynch at least grabbed one or two - gaspar was woefully bad, poor bloke must have no confidence at all - i would say all the pressure of his afl career hanging over his head just messed with his mindset, ive never seen him play that bad

Anyone notice Subi's Sam Larkins doing a bit of a 'Lynch' when he flung his glove away? He aint a Eagles fan(he's a Geelong boy) but I think he must have seen a bit of the eagles this year:D
