Stokes should have known not to bother with Read, it's like when that idiot jumped in with the Lions in that zoo in London, and then it was apparently a "shocking" death. Nothing shocking about it.

You mess with Phil Read, you get embarrassed and beaten and he played a BOG game.

fwiw Chris Johnson sounds like he had a great game and might have deserved BOG, but I'm wrapped to see Phil get it, hope he gets another year at Melbourne.

C Johnson had a good first half but struggled in the second half, and fumbled and bumbled in defence as the Kitty Kats made their charge in the last quarter. Still not convinced about CJ yet.

RJ, our other good players were Ferguson (good job on N Ablett), Motlop, Jones and Wheatley.

wheatley was very good. at that level he just cuts a team apart with his kicking. jones was also a class above. he reminds me of cousins breaks tackles runs hard all over the ground

I'm still amazed that the witches hat that was standing right by them didn't pull out the book.Surely he saw it.

Maybe the peanut was illiterate. I think the VFL does have trial by video though. But would the papers publicise the fact he's been reported? I doubt it.

I dont think Dale Kickett agree's with that. He dropped Read like a sack of shyt IIRC !

Considering he won't be on the list next year, it doesn't matter one bit. Stokes is great, that's why he spent most of the year in the VFL.
