Congratulations to Jonathan Brown. He did so well until getting injured. He did alot better than players that actually played the whole 22 rounds and he didn't play for most of the season .13 votes that is a great effort well done:thumbsu: :thumbsu:. If only he didn't get injured I feel almost jipped.:( Lets hope he has a great year in 2007. He would have won it this year easily.

Lets hope Browny and the Lions have a better year next year.

WELL DONE BROWNY!!!!!!!:)

If he had played a full season he could have won both Brownlow and Coleman.

I knew he would go well but to finsh in the top 10 in the Brownlow votes that shocked me I was actually hoping Lukey Power would go abit better but meh it wasn't our year this year.

Good effort by all our boys that got nods - really happy for rischi, shermo and drummond - says a lot about the future of the mighty brisbane lions !

What could have been if he had played all yr.

He and Judd would be the only players i would go to the footy to watch outside richmond. I just wanted to know how his injury is going and what the chances are that he will play a full season next year

I heard he declined the hip surgury, what do u guys think about that
and how is travelling at the moment

10 games for 13 votes = 1.3 votes per game. Had he managed 20 games at that rate he'd have 26 votes which would've (drum roll) WON him a Brownylow as well! :thumbsu:

He's a monster when he's fit. Admittedly Hawthorn didn't have the greatest defensive line-up of all time down at Carrara but he was unbelievable to watch in that game.

If we can only work out a training system that will keep him on the park.

Would have won both the Brownlow and Coleman. Could have pushed the Lions to 7th or 8th. Lions would have fallen in the first or second week of the finals.

Would not have mattered if you had two fit JB's on the paddock this year the Lions are gone keep walkn' Lion off to wilderness you go Lion.

It will be interesting to see if the Brissy Bee mentality see's all you so called Lions supporters buzz back to the Brissy Broncos bandwagon now they've had a g/final win - i reckon so...

Wierd post! Doesn't make a lot of sense but it seems you've come on to the Lion's forum and called all the posters bandwagoners. That's wierd!

Hey man! Your a great poster! Are you a real poster?
Serious question, who's going to be your captain next year? Will Vandenburg stay or go with Mitchell or Hodge or someone else? I'm sorry if I missed the annoucement.
