View Full Version : Heath Scotland Appreciation Thread::::
Have noticed Heath is one of those players that frequently gets left off posts such as "things to look forward to next year", "big improvers", "mid field" or even "who can we trade?". A quick search of Heath Scotland revealed that there has been only one post dedicated to this bloke on our own forums all year ?
I worry when players turn into solid work horses who get little attnetion by us becuase we just come to expect their reliability week in week out. Players like Ratt, Doul, Dean, McKay spring to mind. So how about a cheers to the bloke........and what do people think of his hair cut (s) ?

Absolute gun, was definitely one of our best performers this year.
Knows how to find the footy a lot, is hard at it, and usually has very good disposal. Running off half back and into the midfield seems to be his role, but I would like to see him, in the next few years, be an attacking midfielder. Running into the forward line, he could prove to be very dangerous as it seems he is quite good overhead, and very strong.
Racks up heaps of disposal, and was right up there in the AFL for this stat, testament to his massive improvement. Bet Collingwood regret giving him up now for cheap :thumbsu:
Look forward to Heath being an experienced player in our midfield for another 5 or 6 years until his carer is out.

Although stats must be viewed with caution he was a leader in some and up there with most:)
Hopefully he can keep it going for many years to come:thumbsu:

Good thread. He was amazingly consistent throughout the season and deserves recognition. Good on Scotland for a great season:thumbsu: .

He got plenty of raps in threads for B&F predictions and the like, but hey, who am I to deny him another pat on the back.
The only thing better than watching Heath rack up possies across HB and slotting down the throat of our mids.......is knowing how much the Pies are bleeding watching the same thing.

I'm proud to say that Heath Scotland won The Blue View MVP this year. He wasn't underrated over there.
