Wants to leave Brisbane
My guess Essendon
my guess? that was made up ;)
Not sure if you think the Notting part wanting to leave is made up.
It says in this mornings Herald Sun that he McDonald, Harding and Hadlee are all 'disgruntled'...also mentions McGrath and Moody.

Would be surprised if even one of those players left (McDonald, Harding and Hadley). McGrath is the most likely to leave to go back to WA.

To be honest he isn't much of a player.
He could be a fantastic player but he just doesn't want to try hard enough to do it, much like Brad Ottens.

The Herald Sun today mentioned that several clubs were circling around Beau McDonald, but didn't specify which. Although it isn't hard to figure out which clubs are in need of a ruckman (St. Kilda, Carlton, Adelaide, Essendon, etc...)
Tim Notting is apparently being chased by Melbourne and Sydney.
Ashley McGrath is considering a move back home to Fremantle as his contract hasn't been renewed as yet.
Daniel Bradshaw is considering a move to Victoria. I am sure there would be 10 Victorian clubs interested.
A lot happening up at the Gabba.

AS u can probably tell id hate too see notting leave... he'll never be a star but is a consistant performer and played well out of position this year.
If Bris only offer him a one year deal he should walk though... at 27 hes worth at least 300 to 350 grand for 2 years although i think after his history of stayin with the club and performance should mean a 3 year deal.
Also rememeber he's arguably browny's best mate at the club, surely he that should helpm his chances

hey essendon isn't in need of a ruckmen well not urgently, sure we need someone to help hille but we are hoping that laycock has an injury free year and that ryder bulks up a little. In case any of those 3 go down we might for security reasons go with gardiner in the psd but thats would be it.
Tim Notting is a good footballer, quiet and gets the job done.
If he's 27 with a new baby, I can well understand why he'd want more than a 1yr deal. Hopefully Essendon would pass on him though, I'm going to be annoyed if we trade in anyone over 24 this period.

Adelaide do not need another Ruckman, especially an injury prone older guy, that can't get on the park.

So Adelaide are going to be content going in to 2007 with Ben Hudson (33 senior games and coming off a knee reconstruction), Ivan Maric (8 senior games), John Meeson and Jonathon Griffin (both 0 senior games)?
For a team pushing for a premiership next year, I would have thought that having a total of 41 senior games ruck experience in the entire club is a massive risk.

I heard that Sydney are interested in Tim Notting.

Sydney is interested in all recycled players.. That's how they built their team in the first place, from disgruntled hacks:rolleyes:

If by "disgruntled hacks" you mean "undervalued players" then I would agree.

Yes, we are all forgetting Ted Richards is an undeniable champion of the game:rolleyes:

You seem to sort people into two groups: champions and hacks. No middle ground for you?

Haha No there is clearly a middle ground. Maybe you didn't pick up on some clear sarcasm. *hint hint*

Sarcasm normally has a point. What was the point you were trying to make by being sarcastic?

Sydney clearly has a 'pick up the recycled players' policy. Hence why they are interested in Notting and Everitt. Both disgruntled.
Notting is not a CHB's left testicle. Everitt is too old and has attitude issues. Both not worth a squirt of cat piss

Here's a thought perhaps they play him in one of the other 17 positions on the ground.
Hope this isn't all to abstract for you. ;)

I would have thought the evidence shows Sydney know what they're doing when it comes to picking up recycled players. You may or may not be right, but I'll back them to make the right decision.

They'll keep trading away draft picks and be rubbish for years. I hope they do it:)
