i know that alot of people arnt interested in the international rules series but i quite like it. As of now, the ir squad selctors have only selected 24 people to play ireland. apparently they are very keen for hird to play, but if he does not play then it will either go to voss or bradley according to 10 news. who do u think will get it? its either going to be hird, voss or bradley, i think bradley has the least chance of getting it and that it will go to voss for a farewell tour.

As much as i would like to see Hirdy play for the country for probably the last time, he needs to really think about this carefully because if he gets injured before next season it could mean coming in and out of the team again for his last season.

Give it to Vossy this year and Jim can have a farewell tour next year.

I like the fact that Sheedy is being very honest about the reservations that the selectors have about picking someone who previously made themselves unavailable. He is not being coy, he is being quite direct. If Voss is selected, I suspect that it will be over protests. I personally would love to see him go though. Surely his knees will stand up to two last outings.

I love the International Rules games. In the past couple of years I have been far more exicted watching them than the regular season. Particularly last year when the pride of the country was being demonstrated by the young group. I reckon young guys would be champing at the bit to get out there and play for their country after last year's effort.

May it long continue I say!

KEPLER BRADLEY!

Cant even believe his name has been mentioned to make the squad what a joke! He cant even play our game to a satisfactory level yet without having to worry about kicking a round ball. Surely you need to proove yourself to some degree before playing for australia
