The mighty mighty Manchester United:cool:.
I try and watch the Qld Bulls when I can.
I am not really into the rugby codes. I have a few individual sports I like. Chess for example. I like darts as I used to play fairly well in in my younger days. Foxsports has a fair bit on and I try and watch it. There is a player called Phil Taylor who is a magnificent player. I like Boxing as well. I don't have any favorites per se but was an admirer of Marvin Hagler, Lennox Lewis and Jeff Fenech of course.

They have darts on foxsports? Really? That is actually kinda amusing! I am sorry but I did not know that there were prof. dart leagues.
I go for M'side and Suncoast in the AFLQ and plan to atleast learn a bit about League next year with the Broncos and the new GC Team.

His rating has definately gone down in my books.

The best part about my favourite sports is footy is on in the winter, cricket in the summer, and the Spring Racing carnival in between. Beauty! :thumbsu:

He is the beez kneez Vidman.
In his given sport he is Ali/Jordan/Nicholas/Bradman. I would have given my left one to be at that either of those 9 darters. The atmosphere, awsome.

Got goose bumps watching. Just spent the last half hour watching John Lowe, Eric Bristow etc on youtube. Nostalgia special. Time to go and buy a board i reckon.

The World Cup was held in Brisbane in 1985. Was bloody fantastic. Watched and talked to Lowe, Bristow, Jocky Wilson and a few others. All very approachable.

I had a few Twenty Six! said in hushed tones:).
My best ever was an 11 darter. I felt like god. I think that the adrenalin was pumping that much I could hardly hit the board in the next leg.

Very impressive John, way outta my league.

Trust me it was a fluke;). I think my best season I was averaging around 17/18 per dart. That was hard to maintain though. Believe it or not I gave it away because of repetative strain in my elbow.
