I am looking for useful discussion about the Beach Boys' famous 'lost' SMiLE album!!!!!! After reading an article in the latest issue of MOJO, and watching some poor author make a complete fool of himself by pretending to have even SOME clue about the album......... the Lioness is again taking up the challenge and making yet another attempt at my own theory of why SMiLE is so great and why it was shelved. :D AND having a go at piecing together my own impression of the completed album. This involves endless hours of editing and splicing pieces of songs together (my mix of 'Good Vibrations' is shaping as an epic :D). I might be the millionth fan to do so, but I reckon mine will be the best. :D

Well what I am looking for is comments from other devotees, and ANYONE who has ANY SMiLE bootlegs to PM me NOW!!!!!! NOW NOW NOW!!!!!!! lol I have a few but I have SO many gaps!!!!!

Songs not in the least bit worthy for my collection include 'Vegetables' and 'Child is The Father Of The Man'. YAWN. lol

'Our Prayer' is the only track Brian gave a definite spot to, so it will open the album, 'Good Vibrations' will follow, side 2 will begin with either 'Mrs O'Leary's Cow (aka FIRE)' or 'Heroes and Villains' I can't decide. :( 'Surf's Up' is the ONLY song that could close the album!!!!!!!

"......she'll sigh and thank god for Wonderful......"

:D

Have you heard the Jimi Hendrix tune 'Third Stone from the Sun?'

Listen to it carefully and you will hear an interesting, cosmic story about the Beach Boys. Not many people know that.

Without a doubt you are the biggest Beach Boy fan in both your contintent and mine. So, I figure you should be aware of this bit of trivia. ;)
