The first thing i did was google for somewhere to upload it. My problem was that the image is in a word document, which was not a supported file type. I tried simply changing the extension to .jpeg, which got it accepted, but it still wouldn't upload successfully. I'll try it at some other sites (The Coon Dog has pm'd me instructions for another site, thanks for that! :)) and see if the problem was just with the particular site i was trying to use.

perhaps the easiest way now would be to open up the word document and press 'print screen'. Then go to Paint (or something similar) and click 'Edit', then 'Paste'. Save the image as a jpg file and then upload it to somewhere such as imageshack.
