Has Extras ever top scored for a team in ODI's?

I was watching South Africa destroy Pakistan with keen interest the other night, largely because Extras was poised to be Pakistan's best contributer until Yasir Arafat made a few.
The closest it got was when Extras was on 12 and Afridi was back in the pavilion for 14 (13 of them off one over).
I've always been a big fan of Extras and was just wondering if this honest toiler has ever led the way for an insipid batting display.

Thanks guys. Thought there'd be a few times when teams scored less than 100 but surprised to see so many and even more surprised to see scores as high as 241 being led by Extras. With Extras nearly making 50 in that particular NZ innings it would sort of take the gloss off the achievement of any batter actually making a 50 too. ;)
