For those of you into special ediition DVDs etc. - what is the best/most interesting deleted scene from a film you can remember? Deleted scenes that you wish they would put in? Most pointless deleted scene?

The Blade Runner scene where he finds the Unicorn and the spider walk and satan scene from The Exorcist are the best deleted scenes which were added to the original release.

I've didn't enjoy Apocalypse Now Redux but I've haven't seen the original release so I can't say if it's an improvement.
Anyone seen the Stripes DVD with the deleted scenes [18 minutes worth] included ?
It ruined the movie.
