Post your top 10 favourite songs, and reason if you want.

Mine:
1. The Beatles - Hey Jude
Put simply... the best. Just a great song and the 'Naaah, nah nah nah nah nah nah... Hey Jude' is awesome.

2. Led Zeppelin - Stairway To Heaven
Amazing song, despite the umm... 'subliminal messages'. The part at the end is just brilliant "And as we wind up down the road..." (My ringtone)

3. ACDC - For Those About To Rock
Another great song, I love the intro to this song, and the cannons firing is awesome. Always put the volume up for this song.

4. The Beatles - While My Guitar Gently Weeps
Another Beatles classic, such a brilliant song. I love the lyrics and closing instrumental is fantastic.

5. The Beatles - Let It Be
Such a beautifully written song from the genius that is Paul McCartney.

6. Graham Bonnet - It's All Over Now Baby Blue
Loved this song as a kid, just love the lyrics and is sung real well.

7. John Lennon - Imagine
Great song from the legend Lennon. Well written and he does an amazing job singing it.

8. ACDC - Thunderstruck
Can't go past this song. Love the opening to it, with the riff and the 'Thunder!' ACDC classic.

9. John Lennon - Stand By Me
Not an original, but I love his version of the song. Sings it real well.

10. Hunters and Collectors - Holy Grail
Aussie classic, love it. Would be one of the first songs I play after Collingwood finally win the another flag (Which I hope is sometime in the near future).

I always listen to the full album rather than going through and skipping tracks unless they are terribly bad. However stand out songs I usually repeat them a couple of times.
