To make things better for some of our posters please use this thread to post and discuss results from fights/events as some people may not see the actual fight/s for a few months and would prefer not to know the outcome before viewing it.
In the longer term I'll move the posts to the appropriate thread.

My god Mundine is a tool, did anybody see that rap he did upon entrance?
He is a good boxer but slightly embarassing
never knew about this
GSP GO!!!! Bloody awesome job. I knew he could do it :)
Beat down on Hughes. Total domination!
Sweet. I think all MMA fans here are loving GSP's beatdown on Hughes. I got the fight last night and didn't have time to watch it this morning. I told my self I would wait, but, as per usual I went to Sherdog to have a peek. Couldn't resist.

I watched the GSP V Hughes fight last night. I was praying for that result but did not beleive it could happen.
Matt Hughes was great in defeat and very humble. I'm tipping Matt Hughes V GSP III very shortly.
How quick and technically perfect is GSP. You really have to admire the guy.
Worthy champion. Lets just hope he can defend his newly crownded title a few times.
P.S. How annoying is Sylvia? I really want Vera to knock his arse out!
The Sylivia Monson fight was a discrace. I watched 3 out of the 5 rounds becasue I was constantly fast forwarding. If that is the UFC Heavy weight 'Word' champion then the UFC is in trouble. Thank god for the Hughes GSP fight.

True!, however round 3 was semi-acceptable.
The rest of the fight card was excellant! I was very happy with the rest.

Yeah, some good fights. I have to watch the Diaz Tiuba and the Hardonk Prendergast fight tonight. There was some absolute brawler type fights as well which I love. 2 guys with sub par skills trying to just smash the other guy into the ground.

Just watched the show, GSP is awesome, totally dominated the fight. Surely up there with Fedor as P4P the best in the world. Who doesnt love the guy.
Cant wait till someone with a shred of talent comes and takes Sylvias belt.
Brandon "The Truth" Vera. I won't say he'll be the next champion because any old bum could come up and take out Sylvia. But he'll be the next major champ IMHO. Not that he's really come up against any one of note bar an over the hill Mirr and maybe Whitehead.

Not to spoil it for anyone, I’ll post the UFC FN main card results here.
There were three fights decided by unanimous decision, which is disappointing. Davis upset Carter, while Parisyan defeated Fickett and Koshcheck defeated Joshlin. All fights went the fifteen minute time limit.
Sanchez continued his streak by knocking out Riggs in the first round. Surely deserves a title shot now. Luigi Fiovarani won his under card fight. Any fans of his here?
Well I got 2/4. Must say I'm suprised at the Carter result.

By all reports Koscheck turned in yet another "i'd rather watch paint dry" fight.
Will be interesting to see if UFC give Diego a shot now or opts for Hughes rematch.

There is certainly a lot on the plate for the WW division next year. GSP as champion, Hughes needs a re-match, Serra is entitled to a title bout and Sanchez continues to win, so you can't deny him much longer.

A fit BJ Penn throws a spaner in that works too.

A fit Penn would do more than just that. If GSP were to successfully defend his title in one year against three or four of these names, he should be top of the mountian for a very long time.
Penn never lost the title
A fit BJ Penn was more than Hughes could handle

It sucked and while I didn't agree with the UFC to strip him of the championship like that due to him signing with K1, if he breached his contract, he breached his contract I guess and they were entitled to do so.
Hopefully he comes back fit and determined to win it back this year, rumors were that he was going to drop a weight class but they were false. It’s going to be a very big year in the WW division for 2007, that’s for sure.
UFC 66:
Liddell in the 3rd. Picked it, and the fight went pretty much exactly as I thought it would. Tito I thought fought pretty well, but Liddell was too experienced and too powerful for Tito.
Keith Jardine went very well and wasn't overly suprised he caught Forrest seeing he's such a powerful unit.
Good to see the Count Bisping make his UFC debut, I thought he looked good with the win.
The brazillian Gabriel Gozaga gave a BJJ workshop. He could be a threat in the heavyweight division with some more experience.
Also a big shame that Perosh lost :(
Next is Pride Shockwave 2006, currently downloading :)

Just finished watching UFC and Pride.
UFC: Was a pretty decent show, No real standout fights MacDonald was impressive, Bisping didnt look like anything special to me.
Arlovski got the win but wasnt extremely convincing. I mean PDP is afraid of being punched....
Was funny when someone said Chuck was the best P4P in the world. That and them having no CroCop footage at all not even a photo.
Pride: Was a really good show, Aoki is amazing on the ground awesome submission.
Kawajiri/Melendez was a great fight. They just kept going hard the whole fight.
Thompson/Yoshida was a suprise, But when theres such a big size difference it can happen, Yoshi looked really tired and looked hurt after the fall through the ropes.
LOL at the georgian wrestler. That stance was so stupid, Did he even bother training any standup? 1 punch and he was gone.
Rua was not impressive at all.
The Nog/Barnett fight was great, Really wanted Nog to win i love the guy. Even though i really want to see Barnett/Fedor. A rubber match must happen.
Fedor finally looked human. I was up off my chair when Hunt escaped the armbar and tried a keylock. Will be really interesting to see Hunt in 1-2 years and where hes at. He could really be a legitamate top 3 or 4 guy.

Does anyone else agree that the AA victory over PDP should be classified as a no contest? He effectively won by using three fouls. He first illegally kicked PDP on the ground, then grabbed a hold of the fence while he was pounding PDP out and in doing so, having the majority of his strikes hit him in the back of the head.
Hardly a convincing victory. I can’t see AA being in the title picture for a while yet, especially with Mirko coming onto the scene, and even more so if The Truth and ZUFFA are able to come to an arrangement.

AA i can see becoming a 'gatekeeper' for the UFC. Beat him and your legit.
UFC 70:
WOW. I knew Gonzaga would be a tough match up for Cro Cop but man that high kick came out of nowhere! Bang! Congrats to Gonzaga! I think I was one of the minority who didn't write Gonzaga off. I always thought he had a decent chance in that fight. Didn't think it would be a KO though!
Elvis! Tough nut but took a beating from Bisping. I think lack of cardio and not being able to control the Counts posture from the guard cost him. Bisping basiacally overpowered him too. Had Elvis been able to get Bisping into that top/side control position earlier it would have been over though! The kimura was on, I was screaming "tap!" at the TV :) Good work from Bisping to get out and continue the G&P for a well earned win. He could be a contender at 205.
I don't know too much about Gonzago, but that to me is a bigger upset than Serra beating GSP. Awesome KO too.

Terrible fight though.
Drews may aswell have not turned up, he barely even swung.
Spent the majority of his time running around the ring.
