View Full Version : Parkside back on track
Dont stress parkside will be playing in div 1 in 07, sheppa is the coach and he has a whole lot of players lined up. No parkside players are going to Glenorden. Parkside will be a powerhouse next year

What happened to D.Stanley?
got the sack, he was a hack
Sheppa is the hack and the reason you have lost all your good players (bar five), why pay out on Stanley who took you to the finals when he coached and was a resonable bloke?

Looks like Parkside may end up in Div 2 if they don't pull thier d i c k s out of each others a r s e's,
Where is Parkside? tell us who is giving it to who.

Sheppa was one of the ones that started the back stabbing of Stanley, yes from day one as he had great aspirations of coaching Parkside after being Phil O'Keefe's assistant for a few years. Was also pushing up for a job at Albion at some stage so I've been lead to believe. I say leave him in the cease pool at Parkside.

Parkside were riduculous on the weekend
it was like a training drill for spotty
parkside will most likely go down to divi 2 next year if they dont improve!

The big talk around the Glenordan circles is to pencil the game against Parkside as a win already :) . After Sheppa had signed as assistant coach and left him stranded without recruits (only the ones from Rockbank) there should be hell to pay. Personally can't see it Glenordan are ordinary and should be back on there way down to where the big fish swim in second division.

Sheppa didn't start any of the back stabbing of stanley it started from certain players that couldn't handle playing to the team rules and not accepting the discipline stanley dished out.
With most of those plyaers not there this year it is dissapointing that stanley is not coaching and also that sheppa has taken over when the team is down on depth and quality.
If we can just hold our ground this year and not get relegatted which we are confident we won't then will be a force again as early as next season don't write of the mighty parkers just yet,we have to much pride and history in the wrfl,we have won the most premierships out of any club in the wrfl and we will continue the fight.

being from port colts we are rivals with parkside and traditionally don't like each other but i love that rivalry and always looked forward to those games because we knew it was gonna be a fierce contest, i hope sheppa can keep them up in A grade then get them back on track so we can resume beating them in grand finals lol :thumbsu:

Anyone who hasn't played in recent years knows little about what really goes on, from the constant in house fighting to the flippers on a friday night. Parkside is a disgrace and there will be no resurgance with the type of half wits running the club. Any decent player has left as it would be morally wrong to accept anything parkside have to offer. No wonder half the committee left, these are smart business men who know when its time to jump ship. For the few wanna be die hards, namely the wanna be president (****er) Saleopek trying to rekindle his existence in society it will be history that is made, either the folding of the club as everyone that has left will never return or relagation for the first time.
*note - D.Stanley has received an offer from lee freedman to ride regulary in metropolitan victoria, Congrats!!!!

Big news around the traps at the moment is Sheppa has packed up and is on his way, club to make an announcment this week that they will be folding.
After Yarraville beat Seddon last year, that was the demise of them.
Saturday saw Yarraville/Seddon beat Parkside by 11 goals and now look likely to throw in the towel.
Who will be Yarra/Seddons next victim, bring on Spotswood next week?
