I was referring to the admin side of things more so than anything J but they are all valid.

Just lump all the club deficiencies into one :D
We are definitely improving in many aspects, but there still is a very long way to go.

Well, what can I say? We are rebuilding...give it time.
Just look at the exciting list we are developing-there is no doubting we have improved our playing list immensely over the last few years.
I think we will see a similar improvement in the off-field areas in the next few years.

Yes we are rebuilding on the field but the employees at the club should be capable of performing their duties to A+ standard and IMO they are not.
Something as simple as informing member's when an event is cancelled... not even that happens!!! The issueing of membership cards.... pretty standard yet they have stuffed that up on more than one occassion.... it's just the little things really but they all add up to costing $$$'s which is something we cannot afford to lose at the moment.

It may have had a very small part to it, but we needed 1 more backman, and Austin was the best available at #35. Great choice by the club IMO!!

I don't know much about Claremont, too much media attention was placed on our number one pick Gibbs Glenelg and his brother Austin.
