View Full Version : Players shave their heads
Cockatoo Collins, Nick Stevens, Chad Cornes, Brent Guerra and Josh Francou shaved their heads for charity yesterday.
I have to ask tho...why did GUerra and Francou shave thier heads?? Its not like they had any hair left anyway!!! :D
Exactly. Isn't a shaved head the bald man's disguise?

On that note, I'm sure Advanced Hair should have seen the finished product (ie. Plugger and Francou) before launching their advertising campaign. They look rather silly now, considering both are as bad as they were before!

Josh had his hair shaved a while ago...he basically had none left anyway, worse than last year :o
Nick better not of  Are you sure he just wasn't the one doing Josh's hair?
Maybe it will make them run even faster?

"After clipping the Western Bulldogs on Saturday Power players yesterday turned on themselves - for charity.
Port's Chad Cornes, Brent Guerra, Che Cockatto-Collins, Nick Stevens and Josh Francou, both left, did their bit to launch the Leukemia Foundation's Greatest Shave for a Cure."

This could make it harder to pick out each of the players when watching the game - mind you most have different builds. Is Boof Lehmann the official Power hairdresser? Why didn't the whole team shave their heads & cause mass confusion. Also, they should start advertising vodafone or something on their scalps for some cash.

Oh well, only time will tell!
Monty and Guerra are already a bit difficult to tell apart on the field

On the club's website it only said that Josh had his head shaved.......the others used the clippers and hair dye...........
"Newly appointed hair stylists Nick Stevens, Che Cockatoo-Collins, Chad Cornes, Brent Guerra and Jarrad Schofield worked their magic with clippers and coloured hairspray on the heads of brave volunteers with the aim of raising $1 Million for research and patient support for Leukaemia sufferers.
Nick gave teammate Josh Francou’s hair a quick tidy up while Chad shaved bare the head of Darren Gomersall whose father has leukaemia. Che had the toughest job of all – shaving the very long curly locks clean off registered World’s Greatest Shave for a Cure participant Dayl Pope.
Meanwhile, Brent and Jarrad went to town with coloured hairspray on the long blonde hair of Adelaide Ravens’ netballers Amber Large and Sarah Noack, creating a self confessed masterpiece of colour and style!"

I couldn't imagine Nick and Chad letting it happen to them.........unless maybe attacked on a players camp somewhere...........
I remember a few years ago when I was working at Victor and the boys shaved off one of David Arnfield's eyebrows.........
I bet they paid for it the following day with a long run.......:D :D
