A lot of drills where the player must kick to the target accurately under pressure

Sheedy should get out all the tapes of 2000 and make everyone sit down and watch hour after hour of tackles from Solly,Hardwick and JJ...and then go out and do some tackling practice.

Sit johns down get him to watch hall crashing through packs the get him to run through a fence. once that occurs he will be a force in our forward line
I'd show them the 93 premiership video, and highlight the biggest weapons we had in that year. Teamwork. Running to help a team mate and quick disposal. No hesitating, just keep the ball moving to the next bloke.
Quicker disposal and picking the right option.

practice hitting the target by foot and hand, give them a dril where they have to take on the man, tackling, decision making drills and some goal kicking practice.

Hmm... if I was coach for the day...
I would start by calling all of mates and family and bragging about how I am the coach of Essendon. Then would call a few people that I don't like or get along with and say "suck sht I'm the **** coach"
I would organise a media interview with with Eddie just so that I could start a fight. I would also go on every tv/radio program that I could.
I would organaise season tickets for myself and a few others for the rest of our lives (hey I will only be coach for the one day).
I would get all the players to sign as many valuable items as I could so that afterwards I can sell the stuff on ebay...
I would organise a extraordinary special meeting of the AFL (hopefully there are other people being "coach or CEO of the day at other clubs" and spill the board and show Vlad and co the door...
There are probably so many other "selfish" things that I could think of that I actually wouldn't have time to conduct any training sessions.
