If Sam can land plenty of those awesome body shots in the first 4, and slow Mundine down, Soliman can take the win. No one wanted to fight Soliman in middleweight. He is just too damn powerful.

Of course, if Mundine can stay away from the body shots, he'll almost certainly outpoint Soliman. His hand and head speed is fantastic.

....but the fight should definitely be in Sydney. :p

The one i can't wait for is the Mundine/Kessler rematch - Kessler will dominate again. The Mundine/Soliman title is hollow - its only there because the WBA "promoted" Kessler to "Super Champion".

Soliman will defnately be looking for a KO after their last match was given to Choc on points in a controversial decision. I agree that he has the more powerfull punch, and has matched it with many top notch fighters. As it stands it looks Sydney will be the lucky city to host it, but im still holding out hoep for Melb!!

Mundine is a *much, much* better fighter now than he was then - but then, so is Soli. Training with RJJ's camp was a good thing for Mundine, as they're very similar athletes...although Mundine certainly isn't of RJJ's calibre, he has hand speed and evasive skills. Soli has also knocked it up a notch (BAM!) since that loss (was an amazingly tight fight).

Should be a good fight. Hope to be there myself.

Anyone 'Melburnian' who witnessed the press confrence last night will surely now be rooting for Soliman....Im still undecided on who looks the goods and will have to follow both fighters training over the next couple of months to make a decision, but definately after Anthonys dumb spray last night, Soli has the following of the rest of Aus

Totally agreed. I try to maintain a level head in regards to Mundine, but every time he opens his mouth in front of a camera, he ********s me to ********ing tears. I know why he does it, and its working for him, but Jebus it makes me want to see Soli sing him a lullaby.
