I just want to post a thread of support for the King Valley football club, Whitfield, and the whole region currently under threat by bushfire. I played thirds and won a Premiership with King Valley, one of the greatest days of my life.
Here's hoping everything goes ok and all are safe.

It looks like the King Valley United Kangaroos football ground is currently centre of local operations for the fight against the fires, too. They breed 'em good in that part of the world, so it's all in good hands. Having said that, I hope they have a bit of luck and it all goes well. The conditions are looking diabolical for the weekend.

Yeh, good luck to the Kangas. Maybe while they've got all that machinery up there they could adjust the slope on the ground>LOL
