Update!
Well about 5 weeks ago I had surgery, which was pretty cool. I thought I'd be nervous but I wasn't, it was great when the anaesthetic kicked in. I woke up and didnt feel in any pain (the worst part is when I watched the anesthesiologists stab a needle in the back of my hand).
Now, about 3 weeks ago I went back to the hospital and they removed my cast. They said the anitbiotics I had been taking 4 times a day and the fact I just sat around watching movies all day had really helped heal the incision. I then had a special carbon fibre splint made, which is cool because everyone sympahthises (;)).
Well I visited the lady who made my splint 3 days ago and she removed the surviving stitches and said it (the scar) was looking very good. The scar is about 6cm long and most of the skin on my hand is dry. Now I just have to massage my scar 2 times a day to soften it up. :thumbsu: (That hurt...:p )

Good to have you back Sherminator. Sounds like the rehab of watching movies all day might have been a bit of an ordeal. How on earth did you cope?;)

I forgot my old account p-word which was like 1000304056738 and when I had my password emailed it went to a different, unknown address of mine. So yeah..a new account was easier.
