not sure if you guys hav heard or seen much of kimbo, but he is the king of web brawlers, the only fight i have seen him lose is the last clip against the cop gannon, he is a machine, and believe he could make it big in a fighting league. any one have ny thoughts?
Gannon got KTFO by Hinkle in UFC 40-something, so it's probably a fair bet that Kimbo would get destroyed in the octagon. I'm not sure he'd be suited to MMA, he looks a bit slow, he doesn't seem to be able to do anything but stand up, and his cardio just isn't up to scratch going on his gassing against Gannon. Maybe in one of the boxing orgs?
Must admit i've watched all his online stuff though, that dude's eye in the backyard vid was mashed.

Yep. Kimbo is a hack. He would get smashed in his weight division at top level. He'd get taken down and punished. He couldn't even trade blows with the good guys. Guys like Mirko would crack his skull open.

Kimbo's apparently going to fight Tank Abbott in September at a Cage Fury Fighting Championships event. Should be an entertaining slugfest that's over in two minutes either way.
Gannon got on the UG and announced that he'd asked for $250,000 to rematch Kimbo in the octagon, which apparently the promoter laughed at. Gannon was going to give the 250k to his war buddy who lost both his legs in Iraq. Or something like that anyway.
