Anyone else managed to take in an episode of this, w/o disclosing their means of doing so?;)

I really enjoy it, quality dramaedy as what you'd expect from Sorkin and i think if the networks (I believe 9 has the rights to it here?) give it a decent run it could pick up an audience. However odds are it'll end up like The Sopranos and West Wing coming to an 11:30 timeslot soon ...

Anywho, is there any word when i'll be able to watch it on Oz TV?

i have by some means seen each ep so far. Its good tv, somewhat preachy, but good.

Not as good as Sports Night or WW, but if they get time to develop without worrying about being axed, it should do fine.

Ch9 do the rights but I'm yet to see any ads for it on ch9.They seem to be flogging all their shows that have been axed [Kidnapped,Justice...etc]

Sorkin's writing is genius.

The casting of Perry and Whitford is brilliant too. I'm not sure if it'll strike a chord with the majority of viewers though, which will probably spell it's demise on Channel Eddie (much as it did in the States).

Ditto.

For the record, one of the reasons why it may continue to be on is that it commands a very large proportion of ppl with $100k-plus incomes in the US. Those sorts of ppl are normally very difficult for advertisers to reach.

PS: if I were to choose between 30 Rock and Studio 60, I'd take 30 Rock.

Jesus, I watched 30 rock and found out why Studio 60 got axed.

Its not a good thing, kind of like how "Everybody loves Raymond" seemed to be greenlit year after year.

:Awaiting further shows by Aaron Sorkin...

Good show that runs out of steam towards the end of the season, as they realise it's not going to be picked up and the money runs low.

Yep. Went downhill as soon as all of the various love interest threads took precedence over the previously quality plotlines. Maybe they simply stopped caring if any males tuned in to watch?
