First of all, full credit to Queensland for making the Pura Cup final and winning the right to host it. They have played some good cricket throughout the season and deserve to start as favourites for the final. :)
However, the thing that concerns me from an overall Australian cricket position is this... "is it good for the game as a fair contest to juice up the wicket so basically whoever wins the toss bowls first and has a 99% chance of winning the game outright??"
I have a real issue with this. I think there should be some guidelines that the ground curators should have to follow with regards to the quality of pitch they prepare for such games.
What does everyone think??
Cheers!! :)
