Michael Clark (the WA one)

I guess most Fremantle and Collingwood people would know that former player Michael W. Clark is the son of former Test fast bowler and Yorkshire coach Wayne Clark.

It's surprising though, that nobody mentioned Michael's First Class debut for WA a few weeks ago, also as a fast bowler.

I haven't seen him play cricket, but his figures so far are very uninspiring. If anyone out there has been to a WA game and seen him play, can you give us the lowdown on if he's any good?

He's still very raw, but from what I've seen on Channel 31s coverage he could be handy as he develops. Still, nobody can ever take the glory of WA's best bowler in 1st Class Cricket - Jo Angel I salute you :D

He's a very steady bowler, not someone who you'd look towards to provide something miraculous.
He gets good movement which I guess is a bit of a rarity these days for pace bowlers.
