3/103 aft 26

At least Ntini is off now after 7 overs for 14. He's a very underrated bowler, he's much better than Lee (but that isn't hard in one-dayers).

You'd think that Fox Sports could afford the airfaires for some Australian or any other nationality (not South African Commentators) these are the most biased pricks ive ever seen, and what bloody language are they speaking? Its like watching the power of one on prosac :(

All you need to do is tune the radio in to ABC ( 774 ) or baggygreen.com. It is easy !!!

Damien Martyn's form in one-dayers is a real worry... he just doesnt rotate the strike quickly enough. He may go on to push his strike rate up towards the end of his innings, but I dont think we've got the batting order quite right as yet.

I think Martyn should go.

When you've got a player like Lehman at the other end use him, he can score as fast as anyone.

Martyn out Langer in Gilli to 5 or 6.

Bevan should be playing at 4, and Martyn at 6.

It looks like Damien is uncertain, as if he doesn't know whether to play the anchor role or to hit out.

And now he's out for 24 off 55 balls, disgraceful, cost us all our momentum.

Woeful shot selection as well.

I wonder if the selectors are regretting the dumping of Steve Waugh, we needed someone coming in at 6 or 7 that could hold the innings together, Steve would have been the ideal man.

Bring back Tugga.

After 50 overs - 8/223 Bichel out of the last ball for 19 of 23(?).

SA may be penalised an over(s) for the chase due to a slow over-rate.

RSA 2/2 :D Boucher will come in and save the innings......

To say we need Steve Waugh is to say we're screwed. If our much vaunted batting depth doesn't even extend one batsman beyond the current line-up, that doesn't say a lot for us.

Looks like we'll probably win anyway.

All over.

Aussie win. Klusner out for 83 off 76 balls.

Great fightback from South Africa though ... Lance Klusner in particular. Entertaining finish! :)

Martyn appears to be badly out of form - what a shocking tour he has had. Maher should come into the side to replace him & play as an opener. Either Gilly could drop down the order & come in as a pinch-hitter, or Hayden drop down to 3 & Ponting to 4.

Also, the Australians tail is way too long. Watson should be playing @ 7 & Harvey @ 8, followed by the bowlers. Starting to wonder whether Watson was taken on this tour just to take in the sites South Africa have to offer.

I was listening to the game on radio and it sounded bloody exciting towards the end with Klusener smashing Bichel and "the freak" Harvey all around the ground. I heard on the radio today that Lee might replace Bichel for the 2nd game.

I can picture him getting 2 runs off 8 balls and then getting caught behind
