I'm interested in finding out what you Bomber fans are thinking about our Rond 1 match.

Do you think it will be close, or a big win?

I seriously think it will be a cracker of a game, with nothing in it until the last quarter. Unfortuanately, your skills are on the whole more polished than us, so I cant see Geelong getting over the line - but I do feel it will be a great contest.

The Cats & Bombers have faught out some buetys over the years. Lets hope Saturday will not be an exeption.

I'm hopeing for a bumper crowd too with plenty of atmosphere :)

Coming from a North supporter - I think the dons will win by heaps - the preseason cup to them means nothing, and they will absolutely punish the cats by more than 10 goals...

Blumfield - Best on Ground....

TOPDON - Go the REDS' - Liverpool to do the double - Champions League and Premiership.

Geelong @ $4.85 is enourmous value. Very silly odds.

I'm looking forward to seeing young James Bartel playing for the Cats - he looks like a decent young player.

Will be a much closer game than a lot of people think. Geelong are always a competitve side. They are never down amongst the wooden-spoon contenders, and they always give us a bit of trouble. The Cats are a huge chance. I'm tipping Essendon by 10 points, but don't be surprised if the Cats get up.

I'm hoping it will be close, although I do have enough faith in Essendon that I believe they will win. Geelong vs Essendon is always a good game, and I can't see any reason why this one won't be.

I'll be there, I'll be the one with the dual personality - I'll be barracking for Essendon to win, but for Geelong to do well, because I really don't want to see them struggling this year, even though some believe it's inevitible.
