According to the My Man Thread, it looks like Heroppsychodreamer will be one of the posters responsible for looking after Mossy for us this season.
Take it away, Herop!

What's the latest on Moss. Did he have an op as well. Evidently had os during the year which forced him to miss games. Kid has strong leadership skills and a good footy brain.

Was Moss recruited primarily to help build our leadership and commitment skills as we transitioned?
I like the bloke but just can't find a spot for him at AFL level. I would have thought his lack of pace and height meant he needs to be a centreman but we have so many of that ilk. Surely the tougher delisting/trade decisions coming at the end of 2008 and the fact we are unlikley to get rid of a Kennedy or a Tuck, might mean he is udner some pressure.
What do people think?

Am stunned that the young man drifted through the draft without even the slightest consideration.
If no one else is keen, i am more than happy to adopt the young WA man as my secondary Main Man. He is due to explode on the scene and i am happy to ride on the coat tails of his success if no one else is willing to.

Oh, do I have to answer this.. lol?
From what I know he had a minor interupted pre-season but he definately should be looking to crack a senior game this season.

I'm a fan of Mossy but I've got to say that the emergernce of Rioli and Stokes may reduce his opportunities.

How has Moss been going this year? Has he been injured or just too hard for him to get a game and is he contracted for next year?
Not a supercoach question, I am an East Perth supporter and have always liked the way he plays.

I've heard talk he is struggling with some sort of chronic, perhaps even career ending, injury. He hasn't turned out for Box Hill much this year, otherwise he'd probably be in the mix with guys like Tuck, Kennedy and Morton.
He's out of contract at the end of this year, and most here think he'll be delisted, probably not through any fault of his own, but his injuries will combine with the "must delist 3" rule the AFL has to see him unlucky.

Is it a contact injury or a soft tissue injury like OP? I could understand if it was a contact injury because even as a 17yo playing against men he would put his body on the line if he needed to. Shame if his career is over before it started.
