Which moment has been the best out of you favourite tv shows?
I'm going to be doing a few, and posting up videos (if they are on the net!)
The Simpsons- Some of you may not agree on this moment- but that is fine. I chose the episode of 'Stark Raving Dad' where Micheal Jackson was the guest voice playing the character of a big, fat white mental patient. I've chosen it because he was the first real star to appear on The Simpsons, and considering the context of the era he proberbly has been the biggest star ever to appear on the simpsons. I put the 'Happy Birthday Lisa' clip on, even though its not Jackson singing.

The West Wing- The second season of that show was the best season of any show I have ever seen. It had drama, humour, pathos, characters you cared about and some damn good storylines. The Ms one at the end was the best. But that is not the clip I am about to show. The moment is when President Bartlett (Martin Sheen in a golden-globe winning performance for this episode) rants against God in the Cathedral after the funeral service of Ms (?) Landingham. The President had just lost a very dear friend, was deciding wether he wanted to run for President for a second term (even though he promised his wife he would only do one term), and he has had to deal with the fallout of the Ms scandal. This would have to be one of the greatest scenes ever.
